Clean the ear and dry it. Lift a patch from the sheet and place it on the point.

Press gently for thirty seconds, three times a day, or whenever you need it.

Remove after three to five days. Rest the ear for a day, then begin again.

A sealed sheet of 24K gold-coated acupoint patches — twenty seeds per sheet — a printed six-point ear chart, and a how-to card, in a recyclable paper carton.
How long does one sheet last?
About a month of continuous wear, replacing every three to five days.
Does it hurt?
No. The bead sits on the surface of the skin. Nothing pierces anything.
Can I sleep and shower with them?
Yes. The adhesive is water-resistant and designed to be worn continuously for several days.
